How do I use my thinking with AI, not just use AI tools?

That's the core question THINK School answers. The THINK Methodology teaches you to encode your strategic thinking into Digital Employees: systems that execute your judgment at scale. You own 80% of the thinking. The DE executes the 20% that requires production.

What is a Digital Employee?

A Digital Employee is what you build during the 10 Day DE Challenge. You test it three times, post the output, and earn your THINK Implementer credential when it runs.

Do I need a technical background?

No. THINK School is for builders. Work inside any surface, run through the Foundations courses, build your first DE, and test it three times.

What happens during the 10 Day DE Challenge?

It teaches the shared THINK Strategist vocabulary and ends with your first working Digital Employee. Within 10 days, or at your own pace, you complete three sessions, name your mandate and complete your Mandate Brief, run the THINK Synthesis skill on it, then build and test your DE three times. Post it with the output it produced, and you have a working Digital Employee plus the THINK Implementer credential.

When are Office Hours and Training Sessions?

Office Hours run the 2nd Thursday of every month. Live Training Sessions run the last Thursday. Every session is recorded and posted in the Classroom within 24 hours, so you never miss one.

What credentials do I earn?

THINK Certification (Capital Event Intelligence) from Compound Leverage, backed by real Digital Employee deployments you build, plus an Anthropic program credential. Badges unlock as you complete each level.

How do I become the THINK Strategist my organization can't live without?

The path takes you from first deployment (Builder I) through team-wide systems (Builder III) to market positioning and institutional leadership (Strategist I-III). By Strategist III you're the person who builds AI capacity for others, not just runs it for yourself.
